    Hi Wade! Well, it's a snowy day here and the fire is comforting, so I'll niggle you a bit.... <smile>

    Last, uh, 60 years: stopping Hitler and the Internet. Both profoundly helpful to the processes of human civilization, the first stopping a regime that would have frozen social evolution, and the latter providing the healthiest of tools with which to activate the world's variety. The latter opens an extraordinary door; now, of course, we have to figure out how to walk through it.

    Karl Rove, Reed, Feith.... These guys are non-trivial thinkers and
    'control' domestic policy. The neoconservatives, also non-trivial -- Wolfowitz, Perle, et al, 'control' foreign policy. But as I've said before: it is the liberals' (and others') fault: President Bush could have been brought into other ideologies, had others not looked down their noses at him
