    Where in the Sam Hill is all the money for all the recent War on Terrorism measures supposed to come from? I suppose Gippernomic tax cuts will prompt the revenue fairy to wave her magic wand and sprinkle a little pixie dust so that spending on social programs doesn't get the "tighten up the belt buckles" axe. IIRC after Clinton/Gore we were supposed to run a surplus. Fat chance now!
