Israel has been simultaneously attacked by several of its neighbors a number of times in its short history; it is also vastly outnumbered in the region. In spite of this, it has never used the nukes it possesses at Dimona. As far as the Nile-Euphrates slander, that lie is exposed by the very fact that under Menachem Begin, Israel returned just such land that it had captured in a counteroffensive after being attacked in a prior war. It is Hamas, Hizbollah, Islamic Jihad, and several Muslim nations
(including Iraq, Iran and Syria) which wish Muslim rule to encompass the region (including Israel's territory), and wish to drive the Jews they call pigs and dogs into the sea.
