    for "build" got 75 hits, not one of which even resembled the quotation. They have a page of quotations, and a page of "complete speeches", by which I guess they mean the complete texts of some of his speeches. There was no speech antedating 1940.

    The quotation sounds like a variant of McLuhan's. I wonder where it came from. :-)
