Grant, maybe you ought to look at this as follows,
The how can represent how you say the words, I mean by this talking
to someone in a angry, gently, hurting, humble, nice, lovely,.... manner
makes those pronounced words memes.
Like the example you mention about You Being The Man,
I am a man, say it now in the ways I described above, hear the
difference....each time a new specific set of information is attached to it,
you don 't even need context, in the way you pronounce it context is
inbedded.
