This is a nice phrase ! Reminds me of what Fukuyama writes about what Aristoteles defines as ' potention ' and ' act '.

We' re all part of what is know as ' the human- species ' and our genetical structure defines where our possibilities lay. In that sense we' re all equal, but that doesn 't say we all act in the same way. We share ' an identical ' species- bound ' genetical structure but our behaviors are in some way similar and in that sense memetics is involved in the template.

    Regards,

    Kenneth
