Isn't the "Syvian fissure" also called the "lateral fissure"? Could you
explain the above in a little more detail, especially about the sensation
and movement of body parts? I have this nagging vision of a distorted
"homunculus" along the fissure of Rolando (aka central sulcus between
precentral and post central gyri) that must be clouding my judgement here.
