    I've heard of Shaker furniture, but not being an afficionado of furniture
    motifs (antique or otherwise) could you clue me in on how prevalent the
    Shaker style is in the present? Has it been carried on by non-Shakers? Is
    the style very popular or just a modest addition to whatever other styles
    exist out there in furniture land? Are the Shaker originals sought after
    relics by collectors?
