If I may interject, people discover natural behavior that we call
facts. If its easily reproduceable, it remains a fact. If its not
easily reproducable, its religion.
To say 'nature does not create facts' is difficult because our
vocabulary is different than that of nature. Nature just 'does'
things. We interpret its behavior. Sometimes, we come up with 'facts'
like gravity, other times we come up with 'facts' like astrology.
However, gravity is a fact, and astrology isn't. (Its a meme).
I guess I'm saying that reality is a fact, but our interpretation of
reality is science or religion. All depending on our vocabulary.
