Ah but we're talking about the difference between seeing and perceiving- the
athletes feel like they've got more time than ordinary people, feel like
they're making evaluations and decisions in these fractions of a second.
But we can make devices that can accurately measure the actual
time/speed/distance, so that a consensus at least may be reached.
