    That's a good question. When I say it, I mean that it is an apparent exception
    and that by understanding it, you can deepen your understanding of how it
    actually fits the rule. And then, of course, there are "fatal exceptions"
    which has become a pun as in "MS s/w has many fatal exceptions."
