I am happily on the reservation list for this- did it many moons
ago. Should be a good time, and yes, questions are allowed, and
usually, if I have a question, I get to ask it. Something to do
with my face....
Unfortunately, the last packed lecture, by E. O. Wilson, was not
broadcast by the Harvard radio station, even though they help
sponsor these things, and this one is not on their published
schedule either.

Stephen Jay Gould, one of the world's leading evolutionary
thinkers and Agassiz Professor of Zoology, will celebrate the
release of his new book, The Structure of Evolutionary Theory
(Harvard University Press). In his landmark publication, Gould
describes the complex content and history of classical
Darwinism. Additionally, he proposes his own system for
integrating these classical commitments with several of
contemporary critiques of Darwinism into a new structure of
evolutionary thought.
