    From the evolutionary point of view, what do you think defines
    superiority/inferiority? I thought it was the ability to survive. In any
    struggle, though, luck certainly plays a role. But my main point was that I
    can't see a behavior that stretches across such a wide swath of species not
    being built into them. And I can't see one of the last to evolve not being
    included. 99.9% of the genes in our bodies came from the same source theirs
    did and are shared with them. That many behaviors are hard wired into the
    genes was demonstrated by Jonathan Weiner in Time, Love, Memory. I know
    there are more studies that show a genetic basis for behavior, but I don't
    have them at hand right now.
