Even if they do prove Bin Laden is dead via these DNA tests they hope to do,
IMO there is a good chance that Al-Qaeda would have had plans anyway should
Bin Laden die a normal death. He may have been an SOB but it did not seem to
me that he was lacking in brains. In any case the people he trained and the
cash he and others raised is still out there. If Al-Qaeda does dissolve they
will move to other groups with the cash and carry on their attacks.
Expediency is international relations.
