Few if any creators of memes do so with evil intent. That judgement always
comes later when the results of the propagation have been examined and
evaluated. Hitler always swore he did what he did for the good of the
people and I suspect that's what he believed. Milosovic is now laying claim
to similar motives. Evil is how other people view our actions, when they
do, not how we see them, until the damage has been done and the consequences
reckoned.
