    You will notice that the URLs for JoM-EMIT pages are now:
            http://jom-emit.cfpm.org/...

    (cfpm stands for "Centre for Policy Modelling" where the journal is
    published from)

    However, the old style URLS:
            http://www.cpm.mmu.ac.uk/jom-emit/...

    will work for the foreseeable future.

    I think all the links have been changes consistently, but if anyone
    spots one that does not work please email me.
