Ok. I have sent Steve the paper.

If any one else has ever had any problems reaching papers at
thoughtcontagion.com, please let me know. Over the past 3 years,
I have received numerous attempts at electronic vandalism from
people involved in memetics. These have included hostile macros,
hostile scripts, and deliberately emailed viruses and worms directed
toward my personal computers. Some might find some of the names
of people involved rather surprising, though most have been done
pseudonymously. In any event, if the attacks are also directed
at thoughtcontagion.com, I should know about it.
