    Don't forget the fourth player - 'what-is-transmitted'. The
    transmission, being the medium, is not the message, regardless of how
    apt and correct McLuhan can be and mostly is. The environment for
    replication is indeed the complete encircling sphere around and
    including all of the players. Like I said, a multi-dimensional matrix of
    fluid and chaotic mechanics, if it can be put into maths. And nothing is
    static.

    But, from what I've seen of some massive supercomputing tools, not out
    of the question.
