I think that's a good idea. It gets back to what Wade was saying about a proto
chicken. BTW, I should add that I hope that proto chickens come back some day.
As I said, I don't remember what they looked like at the time, but I can tell
you that the breast meat was much better because it wasn't so dry as today's
chickens. The taste was also a bit more distinctive. Three cheers for
protochickens!!!
