Do you mean that not only the genes pass on their genetic info but also the neuro-
logocal representations of what is encoded in the gene!?
If that is the case than you must consider the possibility that DNA is not only a
simple information carrier but also the fundamental bias whereout these thoughts
emerge.This is of course circular reasoning but I do agree:-there are some elements of form,which enhance some formal aspects (in the sense of information).
That is:-our genetic build up carries in itself the neurological representation of
being a teacher and/or the will/the need to become teachers or the pressure to
force our children to be teachers.
That information is in my view,indeed the meme!?
