International Workshop on Complexity, Policy and AgentsThe CAVES Project will hold an international workshop on complexity issues. This workshop will take place on 23 April 2008 in Manchester as part of the final project meeting of CAVES. Its aim is to disseminate the knowledge gained in the CAVES project and make it available to stakeholders. These are policy makers and analysts involved with the three case studies in Scotland, Poland and South Africa. The workshop will comprise presentations of the results of the CAVES project, discussions with stakeholders and a break-out session to produce ideas on how best to continue and expand the innovative methodology developed in CAVES. The workshop is funded by GIACS, i.e. members of GIACS projects will be able to receive funding for travel costs. Workshop Date and VenueThe workshop will take place on Wednesday 23 April 2008 at the Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, Aytoun Building, Aytoun Street, Manchester M1 3GH. Workshop participants are welcome to join the project members for dinner that evening to celebrate the successful end of the CAVES project. Location to be announced. Workshop FeesThere is a notational charge of GPB 10 (Euro 12) per person to cover the cost of lunch and coffee breaks. The dinner will cost GPB 25 (Euro 32) per person.
