What did we learn?

• People have idosyncratic behaviour
• Attention management is something we have not really looked at
  • The PIR sensor - is she just walking past or is she trying to engage me?
  • This is not a problem for an ECA; not a problem for a typed interface.
• Floor Management is a real issue for a state based dialog manger
• Moving from data to script design is problematic
