What did we learn?
- People have idosyncratic behaviour
- we might say we have apples and oranges, but samples of
real behaviour look more like a bowl of fruit
- Ethnomethods embrace the idea that I, as a situated physical
and social agent, interact quite happily with things in the fruit
bowl.
- Attention management is something we have not really looked at
- Floor Management is a real issue for a state based dialog manger
- Moving from data to script design is problematic
