Statistics is not like other Hypothetico-Deduction. It is an attempt to draw
correlation between the datum. This can be the conjectural hypothesis.
Testing from whatever statistics at hand will be more difficult.

Statistics is only as good as it's context, and the scientist's grasp of
that context. Making good sense of statistics is an exercise in sagacity!
Statistics, more than any other Method, demonstrates the failure of
Baconianism. Meaning is in the very bias that Inductivism seeks to discard.
Objectivity can only be sought after the fact, via testing and refutation.
