    Well, this particular invention of Kamen's does not do steps.
    But, his prior big wheelchair invention, the Ibot, does, and if
    the Daleks had been outfitted with something like that device,
    well, the Good Doctor would not have prevailed.

    (Then again, the Daleks _did_ manage to perfect stair passage,
    at least during the Colin Baker reign, as I recall.
