            Often true, but I don't know of social scientists ever trademarking
    their methodologies. Maybe that's because there's no money in social
    sciences, maybe an ego thing in other fields I don't know. Just think what
    Dawkins could be worth if he'd TM'd 'meme'. It'd be be like Coca Cola
    buying Santa Claus.....
