I don 't mind ! That is Richards prerogative.
It shows on the one hand how delicate this affair seems to get to the
Americans and on the other hand it shows how, still arrogant, they are!
You are with us or against us, well if that is what the ' greatest
has to offer, I pass.
I for one I am not against any American and I am not for Bin Laden or
for any terrorist.
But bombing them and with them innocent people, like Tim said, might
turn out to be not so effective as the Americans dream it will do.
Look for the ' WHY ' question and think about it rational and then make
up your mind what to do. But I suspect that will make no difference at all.
Just a breaking news flash, the Foreign Ministers had just ended their
meeting, and the US Defence Secretary has laid down no evidence for
Bin Ladens guilt or for someone else's.
Henry Kissinger warned his crounty not to be so self- complacent.
BBC- World announces yet now that indeed their is a pall cast over
the lives of the Americans; they are afraid for what the future will bring,
and on the other hand they were ask to live their lives as normal as pos-
sible. Americans are torn between those two options.
But I look at this on the bright side. It hardens my conviction that any
culture/ individual/ society or ideology or whatever is bound to its/ his
own specific, what on another list, has been called Vmemes, ValueMemes.
IMO, memetic determinism is a fact.
