I would appreciate any of you who are digging about in Jung's work to keep

Some years ago Dr. DeLong's did some interesting detective work trying to
locate the origin of this saying. DeLong got a pointer from Mauricio Díaz
of Colombia that Jung had been the origin. In spite of considerable effort
on his part, DeLong could not verify it. (Near the bottome of
