Which of the following is more likely:

    a. a Muslim born in the the region of Mecca being able to walk freely around Ireland and to kiss the Blarney stone

    b. a Christian born in Ireland being able to walk freely around Mecca and to kiss the Kaaba stone

As non-Muslim Westerners we would probably encounter great difficulty in trying to enter the sacred areas of Mecca. How many non-Muslims have been successful attempting this? Sir Richard Burton comes to mind.
