It may be already implicit in your comments but I altogether stress it once
more for completeness' sake. Memes can also be mutated
while being received. As a matter of fact, the mimicking of some behavior
cannot be done to mirror perfection unless the behavior to be replicated is
sufficiently simple. Apart from mutations due to the memetic interactions
within one's mind this is another source of mutation.
