    I think they call it "making up for lost time". With all this token talk alluding to the infamous archetypal/ectypal distinction of die versus coinage and the collection of posts that quickly accumulates regarding said philosophic distinction, let me introduce a new coinage...numismemetics
    (loosely* and punnily* related to numismatics). Whatever the die or coin may be, we are all becoming coinage collectors writ large.
