Stephen Jay Gould, one of the world's leading evolutionary
thinkers and Agassiz Professor of Zoology, will celebrate the
release of his new book, The Structure of Evolutionary Theory
(Harvard University Press). In his landmark publication, Gould
describes the complex content and history of classical
Darwinism. Additionally, he proposes his own system for
integrating these classical commitments with several of
contemporary critiques of Darwinism into a new structure of
FILLED TO CAPACITY! DUE TO THE TREMENDOUS RESPONSE, WE CANNOT
ACCEPT ADDITIONAL RESERVATIONS FOR THIS LECTURE. THERE IS NO
