My first guess is to generate a new node for PCP Web, with the
synthesis of the discussion, before thinking in something greater. Then,
submit this node to PCP coordinators. This node may be a start to
a full paper in the future. You, as the natural coordinator, may
generate a first sketch of this node and the other contributors may
propose modifications/insertions to it, in a round of revisions.
