This sub-release of 3.2 provides a minor enhancement (in addition to
those of 3.2a):

	a) Memory handling for rules asserted by meta-agents is
improved, to allow old rules to be moved automatically to virtual
memory (as part of the garbage collection process).

This release also incorporates some changes which were also provided
as enhancements to 3.2 and 3.2a, such as format options in browsers
and an option to change tab spacing in the settings tool.
