Which Aaron?

Again, which Aaron?

If you mean me, then I am astonished, being as I do not recall taking up any
question of scholarly credibility, one way or another. In fact I tend to
take the entire question of scholarly credibility quite lightly, except in
some special context where it may become pertinent.

I do recall laughing off a braggart attack on my own scholarly credibility
with a couple of "you don't say"s.

But I am not clear if it is this to which you refer, being that this was
some time ago, and you do not excerpt. And I'm not even sure that it was the
same list!
