My view is, that would be too much to hope for. The level of complexity
is such that I don't expect this in the foreseeable future. Remember, I
don't see actual memes in neural activity, but only the i-forms, which
are encoded.

Memetics does not seek to explain "the how" of intelligence (though it
may be connected with "the why").
