No, and yes. The Meme Machine by Sue Blackmore (and Richard Dawkins) will
be published in early March, but can be ordered
hard back now at Amazon.com for $25 or direct at OUP £18.99. Sue is also
doing a US and UK lecture tour (MIT, Caltech etc) based on the MM this
Spring.
For those who can't wait, an extract from, and a synopsis of, MM can be
found at our Meme Lab page
http://www.memes.org.uk/extracts/SBOct1998Ch1.html#syn
Obviously, as a member of Memelab and massively infected with Sue's ways of
doing memetics
I would not be the appropriate person to review the book in the JoM, but
perhaps Hans,
you could find somebody who would do this.
Lecture tour for the Meme Machine:
  Friday 5 March, 7pm
  Waterstones, Deansgate, Manchester
  Tuesday 9 March, 7pm
  Blackwells, Broad Street, Oxford
  Wednesday 10 March, 7pm
  Waterstones, Union Street, Bristol
  Monday 15 March, 1.15pm
  Blackwells, UWE, Bristol
  Tuesday 16 March
