Subject: IS A MEME A THING ... ?

A different view:

-------------------------------

A meme is a burst of light ...
curving 'cross the Northern sky,
captured by the human eye,
refusing to lie down and die.

A meme is a conceptual thing ...
dancing round my streams of thought,
catching me before I've caught,
changing things that I was taught.

A meme is my friend and foe ...
pushing deeds without remorse,
causing me to stay the course,
giving me a value source.

A meme is life's living ring.
