OK I've thought it over a little and it seems while an individual
meme has to be logically consistent a meme complex doesn't
unless the carrier also has a strong metameme for logical cons.
or scientific method.
For instance it's hard to imagine the meme "I like people I hate"
getting very far in itself. However the meme "I hate all southerners"
could exist side by side with "This southerner next to me in the pub is
allright" unless the carrier had the afore mentioned metamemes or
the hatred meme was acting as a metameme.
