Subject: Length limit in memetics etc.
Dear all,
I have been tinkering with the set up of the memetics list. The changes
are:
1. There is now a length limit of 16,000 characters per post. This
allows a very long post. However some posters indescimitately quote or
include the post they are replying to (which has quoted all of the
previous post etc.), resulting in monster posts. Please do not quote
the *whole* of the last post, but edit it so only the relevant parts
are displayed. Otherwise you post may just not get through!
2. The digested version of the list has been increased in size, has a
table of contents added at the top and the redundant headers and footers
of each constituent post removed. This should make it more readable.
Regards.
