Blast it! I hit the "send" box too fast. The reference is to the urban
legend of "Blue Star LSD," which is a warning distributed via email and in
person about LSD-containing stick-on tatoos given to children. Bill Benzon
sent me an email about it, and gave the website as

http://www.lycaeum.org/drugs/other/tattoo/Table/

and the compiler is Dave Gross

As Bill pointed out, Gross has done an excellent job in compiling versions
of this legend. Legends like this are perhaps the "Drosophila" people are
looking for.
