Don't worry Tim- I've been on memes mailing lists before. They usually peak
and stabilise at about 110 messages per day, because above that level of
information-absorption people's brains forget how to be brains any more, and
the resulting nervous breakdowns act as a kind of natural valve on the
discourse.
