Some Comments about the Model to Model Workshop

Claudio Cioffi-Revilla
I believe the comparative analysis of computational/agent-based models is so essential that meetings like these should occur periodically, also as part (sessions) of other conferences or scientific meetings. An occasional workshop on the methodology of comparative computational analysis is also worthwhile. For example, an EXYSTENCE event could be dedicated to this. In fact, I think this is so important that I plan to develop a graduate course on Comparative Analysis of Social Simulations as part of our growing curriculum in Computational Social Science.

I'd certainly like to see more such workshops - essential as the field moves toward greater rigor.
